A HOME EXPANDED, NOT REPLACED

A complete kitchen transformation that expanded beyond its original walls and onto the patio, nearly doubling the kitchen's footprint. Our clients loved their home and their neighborhood, they simply needed the space to catch up with how they actually live. Rather than start over somewhere new, we saw an opportunity to give them the home of their dreams inside the footprint they already knew and loved.

The reimagined kitchen now centers around two fully functional islands, one designed for storage on both the front and back, the other built for beverage and wine fridges with comfortable counter seating. A custom hood and custom glass cabinets anchor the space, while Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and a stunning matching backsplash carry the material story across every surface.

The adjoining breakfast room was reimagined to feel like a natural extension of the kitchen, with matching wood beams, a wood slat ceiling, and a gorgeous wallpaper that brings warmth and texture to the space. In the living room, we redesigned the built ins to tie seamlessly into the new kitchen design and added stone to the fireplace for a grounded, cohesive feel throughout the main living areas.

To finish the project, we brought the same level of intention to the laundry room, introducing checkerboard tile, wallpaper, and custom cabinetry design. From the kitchen to the smallest utility space, every detail was considered so the home could finally reflect how this family lives and grows.
