Here’s what carrying the full process actually looks like. Design, sourcing, and on-site oversight so no part of your vision falls through the cracks.
Full-Service Interior Designer
Megan sources, orders, tracks, and receives every item, because at this level, you shouldn’t have to think of any of it. Pricing is trade plus a coordination fee that covers the full process, and you see both numbers, trade cost and final price, on every line item. Nothing is ordered until you've signed off.
This is on-site support, not project management. Megan stays involved during the renovation to make sure the design gets built the way it was drawn, flagging anything that doesn't match the plan and documenting it so it gets resolved. She acts as a point of contact alongside your contractor, not in place of one, keeping seamless communication moving between you, her, and your build team.

What does "Design, Procurement, & Project Support" actually include?
Will I still have a say in the decisions?
Do I need to already have a contractor?
Is this considered a "turnkey" service?
Is full-service right for every project, or just certain budgets/rooms?
