Our home visit is where your project truly begins to take shape. We meet in your space to understand how you live, take detailed notes, and begin refining your vision with care and intention.
For single-room projects, this visit also includes on-site measurements. For larger renovations or new builds, we schedule a dedicated documentation day after your design agreement is in place, ensuring every detail is captured with accuracy.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and design investment. This document serves as your personalized roadmap, ensuring you know exactly what to expect at each stage.
Once your agreement is signed and retainer received, we’ll reserve your design start date and connect you to your private client portal — where all communications, updates, and design details are organized for a seamless experience.

This is where your vision begins to take shape. Our team develops detailed plans, drawings, and selections — blending aesthetics, function, and intention into a cohesive design. You’ll receive curated previews through your client portal, along with opportunities to provide feedback and request refinements as the design evolves.

Your complete design plan is delivered in a beautifully organized digital package, accompanied by a recorded walkthrough presentation. This allows you to see your home come to life — from layouts and finishes to fixtures and details.
You’ll also receive a dedicated feedback link, giving you the opportunity to comment, ask questions, and request one round of revisions within 30 days.

Once revisions are complete, you’ll receive your polished final design package — a beautifully organized set of drawings, specifications, and selections prepared for seamless execution.
We then host a kickoff meeting with your contractor (or our trusted partner) to review the design in detail, answer questions, and ensure the entire team is aligned before construction begins.

Our work doesn’t end with the handoff. We remain available for ongoing design support at an hourly rate of $125, which can include site visits, contractor collaboration, and guidance as your project moves into execution.
While we don’t manage purchasing or installations directly, we’re here to answer questions, review changes, and provide professional insight — ensuring your design is carried out with accuracy and intention.
