Architecture-first design for renovations, new construction, and whole-home furnishings — resolved from foundation to final installation.
We take full-scale renovations from first concept through final installation — managing spatial planning, millwork design, finish selection, lighting strategy, and material specification in close coordination with your contractor and architect.
Every decision is made in sequence, on purpose. Nothing is selected before the architecture is resolved.
For completed homes and post-renovation projects, we design and install layered furnishing plans where every piece has a reason to be there — custom upholstery, case goods, lighting, textiles, and art sourced and specified as a cohesive whole.
The furnishings serve the architecture. Not the other way around.
We collaborate with architects and builders from the earliest stages — advising on floor plans, elevations, cabinetry, and material selections before a single wall goes up.
This is where the most important decisions happen. We make sure the interior architecture is right before construction makes it permanent.

Your floor plan, fully resolved before anything gets selected. Every dimension, every decision, confirmed before your contractor lifts a tool.
Cabinetry style and color, backsplash, countertops and edge profiles, hardware, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures — every surface, every room, chosen and documented.
Detailed drawings of every cabinet run — dimensions, insert locations, electrical placement, design specifics. Your contractor has everything they need in writing. Nothing is left to interpretation.
Every selection organized in one document — product names, finishes, quantities, vendor information — so ordering and tracking is seamless from start to finish & its easy to track your budget.
Photorealistic images of your finished design so you can see it before anything is built. What you see is what you get.
During the design phase, we walk through your space together in 3D — so you can visualize the layout, catch anything you want to adjust, and feel confident before we move to construction.
Every piece of furniture laid out to scale in your actual space — so you know exactly how it will look and feel before anything is ordered.
Furniture, custom upholstery, lighting, rugs, art, and accessories — all chosen as a cohesive whole and sourced at trade pricing you wouldn't have access to on your own.
Every piece presented for your approval with pricing, lead times, and product details before a single order is placed
We receive every item at our warehouse, inspect it, and install everything ourselves. You walk in when it's done.
